The atmosphere, the service and the food 10/10 the bread is fresh and the soups of the day are amazingly flavorful. Another visit and definitely not disappointed. The calabaza soup was soooo damn good omg I want even able to take a pic bc I just inhaled it

I really like the service and food selection here. I appreciate the quality in general the steak and cheese...nothing like this place. La Portuguese was extremely good. I really like the daily variety of soups. The best part they have good combination of meals the cucumber & limon was delicious.

These tortas were amazing! The bread tasted fresh and was not greasy like other places. The portion size is great and filling. There is plenty of seating. The side salad with the cilantro dressing was tasty. Their salsa is a whole new level of spicy and flavorful! The cucumber lemonade was so refreshing.

Sandra was an amazing host! The food was out of this world and she took the time to make sure we had all the hot sauces to try! Not to mention she let us sample some of the delicious home made soup! A 10/10 experience!

La Torteria is a phenomenal new torta restaurant. We visited from St. Charles Illinois based on exceptional reviews and the experience did not disappoint. The ingredients are fresh and skillfully prepared. The chicken noodle soup is tremendous, and you must try the carrot cake. We were treated to generous hospitality. This family owned and managed business is first rate.

This food reminded me when I would eat Tortas in Mexico City! The salsas are super spicy but great for me. The atmosphere was very modern and comfortable. I will definitely come back
